The Courtyard has one of the best tennis clubs in Austin. There are 14 outdoor courts and two indoor courts. Many of the homes in this subdivision are on the water with boat docks on Bull Creek. Bull Creek feeds into Lake Austin so these homeowners are not on the main body of the Lake.

Where is The Courtyard?
The Courtyard is located in west Austin off of loop 360 or Capital of Texas Highway on the north side of the river. Many people recognize the 360 bridge from the Austin City Limits program. This suspension bridge is built so that none of the structure touches the water. It has a weathered rust finish and is beautiful to see.

Besides the tennis club, the Courtyard also has on Olympic sized swimming pool. The neighborhood kids compete on an awesome swim team. The Courtyard also has a day dock and picnic area as well as a marina near The County Line Restaurant. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood for exploring. This neighborhood used to be the site of the Sam Houston Boy Scout campground.
