Canyon Mesa is located in Northwest Austin’s 78759 zip code.  The neighborhood can be accessed from Bintliff Drive off Spicewood Springs Road.  You can use either 183 or 360 to commute, since they are both about equal distance from the neighborhood.  Commuting is not as easy as some of other neighborhoods because you are 2 miles from a freeway, adding extra time to your drive.  But, for the schools, lots and homes, many residents are willing to spend the extra time in the car.

Shopping is easy in Canyon Mesa.  With The Arboretum and The Gateway close by, you’ll never have to drive too far to get what you need.  The Gateway also has a movie theater and there are several restaurants in both shopping districts.  If you’re looking to spend some time in nature, visit the Bull Creek Greenbelt where they have 6 miles of hiking trails.  Or, if you’re looking for great BBQ, check out Rudy’s BBQ on Research Blvd.
