Villages at Western Oaks is a favorite Southwest Austin areas because of the convenience to shopping, restaurants and outdoor opportunities. The growth in this area over the past few years has been amazing. Many residents used to feel like they needed to travel long distances to have access to shopping but now it is abundent. Some of the retailers include SteinMart, Target, Costco and Havertys. New restaurant locations include Chuy’s, P Terry’s and Cheddars.

Dick Nichols park is in this subdivision and offers a community pool, hiking trails and you will often see groups meeting in the park for outdoor exercise classes. Circle C also has many trails and soccer fields for those wanting to be outdoors. I often see cyclists in this neighborhood taking advantage of the bike lanes and there is easy access to the Veloway.

This is a highly sought after subdivision in Southwest Austin. The Villages of Western Oaks is located between the Circle C and Legend Oaks neighborhoods. Major streets in this subdivison are Escarpment, Davis Lane and Slaughter. With easy access to Mopac, William Cannon and Hwy 290 commuters have lots of options when traveling to work.
