Regents Hills is a luxury community just seven miles west of Downtown Austin.  Known for its estate sized, 3/4 acre lots, city views and beautiful setting, Regents Hills is a great neighborhood for someone looking for privacy close to the city.  Most homes are between 3,000 – 5,000 sq ft with 4-5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  However there are a few custom built 9,000 – 10,000 sq ft mansions for those families requiring additional space.

Where is Regents Hills?

Regents Hills is located off Southwest Parkway in Southwest Austin.  The neighborhood can be accessed from Foster Ranch Road, which is just under two miles west of MoPac on Southwest Pkwy.  Commuting to Downtown, or even North Austin is convenient with such easy access to MoPac and 360.  It usually takes around 15 minutes to travel to Central Austin.

Regents Hills Shopping

Shopping near Regents Hills is very convenient.  The neighborhood is close to Oak Hill shopping, Sunset Valley shopping and Barton Creek Mall.  Virtually every store you would ever need, whether it be Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, you name it, are within 2-4 miles from your front door.  One of Austin’s two Costco’s is just 2.5 miles away and Sam’s Club is even closer.  Barton Creek Mall has a large movie theater and upscale retail shopping.
