Meridian is in Southwest Austin near the southeast quadrant of FM 1826 and 45. Drive south on Mopac and it becomes 45 West. Continue on 45 until it dead ends into 1826, then make a U-turn and head east on 45. Turn right into Meridian Park Blvd. (Scroll down to read more.)

This master planned community had its first house built in 2005, but most homes were built beginning in 2006. Builders include David Weekly, Meritage Homes, Scott Felder, Standard Pacific, Wilshire, and Newmark. Sizes range from around 1800 square feet to more than 5000 square feet. Homes are primarily brick or stone on all sides.

Meridian Amenities
Amenities include a pool, bathhouse, pavillion and playscape. Bear Lake is in the center of the community and covers over 10 acres. The Grey Rock Golf Course at Circle C is next to Meridian and its 18-hole course was designed by Jay Morrish. The Circle tennis center is also conveniently located nearby.
