Maple Run is a large neighborhood with homes built from the early ’80s through the ’90s. With a creek running through the neighborhood, there are areas of forest and green space creating a serene environment. Homes backing to the creek have a sense of privacy, allowing residence the feeling of being removed from the city. Although this neighborhood is far from removed.

Maple Run is just South of Convict Hill, North of Davis/Deer Lane and between Brodie Lane and MoPac Expway. Be downtown in 15 minutes with a quick hop onto MoPac. This convenient neighborhood is just minutes to shops and restaurants.
What is Near Maple Run?
What isn’t near Maple Run? There is easy access to several grocery stores HEB, Randall’s, Sprouts and New Flower or you can choose between Costco and Sam’s. Many local restaurants have made this area their home such as Chuy’s, Maudie’s, Kerby Lane, Torchy’s Tacos and P. Terry’s. And there are shops galore. To name a few there is Target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Pet Smart, Best Buy and many more.
