Lost Creek is a very established community in Westlake. Lost Creek was developed starting in 1972 and is a very relaxed tight knit social community. Lost Creek has about 20 different residential sections. Homes in Lost Creek were mostly built during the 70’s and 80’s and range from single family homes with large backyards to condominiums with golf course views. The winding tree-lined streets, the Lost Creek Country Club, the greenbelt, and the very active neighborhood association are what make Lost Creek residents proud to call it home. Lost Creek backs up to the beautiful Barton Creek greenbelt which provides hiking and biking trails, watering holes and simple relaxation. One of the biggest amenities found within the Lost Creek community is the Lost Creek Country Club, which is home to a beautiful 18 hole golf course, 3 swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, and a fitness facility. Lost Creek is located minutes from the Barton Creek Mall where you will find large department stores, food court, specialty shops and a movie theater. Located just across Loop 360 from Lost Creek is the Westlake Village Shopping Center which is home to great restaurants such as Macaroni Grill, The Lion and Rose British Pub, L’Madeline, Thai Spice, and many more eateries. Shopping consists of grocery stores, a variety of clothing boutiques, and a Barnes and Noble bookstore. The Westlake Village center also has many services such as cleaners, movie rentals, spa, framing, and cellular needs.
