Circle C Vintage Place homes were built in the early to mid 2000s by Capital Pacific Homes, but look like they are part of an established neighborhood with their tree lined lots. Most known for their plantation shutters and HardiPlank siding, these homes range in size from 2,700 – 3,700 sq ft with 3 – 5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Many of them are two-story homes, though you will find some smaller one-story plans.
