When one thinks about neighborhoods in Southwest Austin, Circle C Ranch is one that will immediately come to mind. The community began being developed in the early 90’s and today new homes are still being built. Circle C has many different smaller “subdivisions” within the larger one. The community of Circle C Ranch rests in Southwest Austin just off Slaughter Lane. You can also enter the community from Hwy 45. If living in Circle C, you could be in downtown Austin in approximately 30 minutes.
Circle C Amenities
Circle C Ranch has a wide range of amenities to offer a home owner. The community center is one of the nicest in the Austin area with an olympic sized pool and tennis courts. The area also has a great golf course called Grey Rock. When the HEB grocery store opened at Escarpment Village, the shopping in the area got a little better. Several great restaurants like Mangerie’s Pizza, Satellite Cafe and Waterloo Ice House opened. You would never have to leave the area if you did not want to do so.
