As a REALTOR® I conduct my business with one simple guiding principle and that is to help my clients accomplish their goals and to always put their needs first.
* Serving clients who are buying their first home, families that are growing and need to move to a larger home, and also “empty nesters” that are ready for a smaller home with less maintenance and more free time to enjoy themselves is what I do
* Educating my clients about the current real estate market is my first responsibility. Home values are continuously changing so it’s important for me to provide my clients with current market information whether they are buying or selling
* One more reason I take this responsibility very seriously is the fact that for most of my clients buying or selling a home is likely to be the single largest financial decision they will make.
I have heard that a person makes a living out of what they get and makes a life out of what they give so that is why I provide my clients with the highest level of service possible.I grew up in Ft. Worth and my family has been in Texas since 1850 with active cattle ranching operations in West Texas just north of Albany, TX. My wife’s family has lived in Austin since the 1940’s. We have one son and two nearly perfect grandchildren which we love to spoil.I have a BS from Pepperdine University and an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University. I also have completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI is earned by completing a rigorous 3-week course of study. Fewer than 10% of all REALTORS® nationwide have earned this prestigious designation.
