The Ranch at Cypress Creek is a large neighborhood centrally located in Cedar Park It is located on Cypress Creek Rd. just west of Lakeline Blvd. A big draw to this neighborhood is the 40 acre, Milburn Park, located at the front of the community. Sport tournaments are held here and the families that reside in the Ranch at Cypress Creek have their own 40 acres to jog, run their dogs, swim, enjoy the playground and just "hang out" in the park. There are a good variety of builder homes so there is something for everyone. Parts of this neighborhood are very wooded. Located in central Cedar Park, there is an abundance of shopping.
Cypress Creek Schools
The Leander ISD serves the Ranch at Cypress Creek and the Cedar Park Middle School is across Cypress Creek Road from the community and Cedar Park High School is about two blocks further west. There are elementary schools nearby also.
