Falcon Pointe neighborhood is a lovely residential development that is located on the northeast side of Pflugerville, near the intersection of SH45 and SH130 toll roads. The north side of Kelly Lane is home to the original section of Falcon Pointe and to a new section that is being developed by DR Horton Homes. Another portion of Falcon Pointe on the south side of Kelly Lane is still in the process of development. The Falcon Pointe Residents’ Club and the neighborhood schools are located on the south side of Kelly Lane.

Buyers who want to live in the Falcon Pointe community have many choices in homes, home ages, prices and home styles. The first homes were sold in Falcon Pointe in 2000-2001. Both new and resale homes are available in sizes stretching from around 1,500 square feet to over 4,600 square feet. The prices of homes sold in Falcon Pointe in the year 2009 ranged from $143,900 to $285,000. In early 2010, new homes are being offered by DR Horton Homes, Lennar Homes and Meritage Homes.
Falcon Pointe and Nearby Amenities
The key amenity of Falcon Pointe is the Falcon Pointe Residents’ Club which has more amenity features than can be listed. They include pools, meeting space, kitchen, playroom for kids, outdoor pavilion, sports courts and fields, a gazebo, and a fitness center. There are also parks, picnic areas and trails scattered throughout the neighborhood. The south section of Falcon Pointe is located across Kelly Lane from the Blackhawk Golf Club, an 18-hole public course enjoyed by residents of Falcon Pointe, Blackhawk and other area subdivisions. Along with the development of the SH45 and SH130 tollways has come new shopping in the area, including the Stone Hill Town Center and a nearby Super Wal-Mart. Falcon Pointe students attend schools operated by the Pflugerville Independent School District.
