Sierra Vista is a wonderful neighborhood in Northwest Austin that is close to parks, shopping, hiking trails and a private golf club. Many of the streets in this subdivision are cul-de-sacs which are perfect for kids to play. Most of the home sites have mature trees and good sized lots. This subdivision is a great option for buyers that are looking at Great Hills but want a smaller price tag.

Where is Sierra Vista

Sierra Vista is located in Northwest Austin between Great Hills and Oak Forest subdivisions. Residents have lots of choices for commuting with easy access to Hwy 183, Mopac and Capital of TX Hwy. Another alternative is to use Jollyville Rd or Braker Lane to avoid the major freeways. You can get to Sierra Vista by taking Fire Oak from the back portion of Great Hills or Oak Knoll from Hwy 183.

Great Hills Country Club is close by and if you like to golf, play tennis or swim you can join the club. They have several membership types to choose from.
