Scofield Farms is located just off Parmer Rd near I-35 and MoPac in north Austin. The area is very popular for those looking to live and work in the North Austin area.There are other pockets of Scofield that include Scofield Ridge and Scofield Ridge Condos. These areas are a bit closer to Scofield Parkway.

The homes in Scofield Farms tend to be 4 sided brick and range from 3 to 4 bedrooms though there are a few 5 bedroom homes sprinkled in within the neighborhood. The homes date back to the early 90′s and many are going through minor updating like kitchen and bath updates to fit in with current styles.
The Scofield community benefits from two amenity centers, each offering a playground and pool to its residents. The area also benefits from a sand volley ball court and covered picnic areas along with several jogging trails and loads of wide side walks for those that want to walk, bike or jog.

Scofield is located very close to both I-35 and MoPac and has easy access to Metric and the toll roads. In fact the Scofield exit is the last free exit before you hit the toll.
Being so close to major roads affords the area not only convenience but allows residents to benefit from tons of shopping and dining. The area also has access to multiple major grocery stores which residents love. The area is also convenient to other shopping / dining areas like The Domain, Gateway, Arbor Walk and even La Frontera in Round Rock.
Scofield Schools
Scofield Farms and Scofield Ridge actually feed into two different school districts. Parts of the community feed into Austin ISD and parts feed into Pflugerville ISD. For specific schools please contact me so I can give you the most up to date information.
