Preston Oaks is a little known gem in North Austin that is often overlooked.  Most of the homes in this subdivision were built by Centex Homes in the late 90′s and offer a nice mix of one and two stories with most having 3 sides brick.  With its close proximity to Parmer and Mopac the location is hard to beat.

Preston Oaks Location

Preston Oaks is located in North Austin on the north side of Parmer.   A limestone structure marks the entrance of the subdivision at the corner of Silvercreek and Parmer.  If traveling north on Mopac, take the Parmer Lane exit.  Turn left on to Parmer Lane and then right on to Silvercreek.  You can also enter the neighborhood at the intersection of Ganymede and Parmer.
