Benbrook Ranch is a Leander TX neighborhood that is still developing.  It is located off Bagdad Road, north of FM 2243. This is a large neighborhood with two entrances.  At the first entrance, Eaglewood Homes developed this section. This is where the amenity center is located.  There is also an elementary school here. D R Horton is developing the section at the second entrance.  Both builders are building larger homes and they are value priced. Benbrook Ranch is a neighborhood in growing Leander, Texas located north of 2243 or Nameless Road and east of Bagdad Road. Homes have what may be considered entry level pricing so it is a good neighborhood for first time buyers. There is an old Sears and Roebuck catalog home right across Bagdad from Benbrook Ranch.

Benbrook Ranch Amenities

There are many great parks including the new Benbrook Ranch Park with its skateboarding area, trails and more. Devine Lake Park is also nearby off Waterfall which includes a leash free area for dogs, play structure, covered picnic table pavilion and trail. HEB Plus is just down 2243 for groceries and more. The Leander TOD has a commuter rail train as well as Express busses.

Benbrook Ranch Schools

Children in Benbrook Ranch attend Leander ISD or one of the many private schools in the area. Colleges include ACC in Cedar Park or Austin; UT, St. Edwards and Concordia in Austin; Southwestern in Georgetown or others. ACC has bought land in Leander to build a campus.
