Este Condos are located at 2236 E 6th Street, right next to the Lance Armstrong Foundation and across the street from UT Elementary Charter School. Made up of 66 condos, seven of them commercial, the building was completed by Constructive Ventures in 2007. Units are loft-style. Amenities are limited but that keeps residents’ HOA fees low.

Este Condo units are essentially lofts. Owners can build their own walls and/or define spaces through furnishings. Ceilings are generally at least 10 feet high. Standard finish out is concrete floors and granite counter tops. Residents have lots of options!
Este Condos – Location and Lifestyle
Este sits in the middle of a cluster of lofts, all built since 2004. Just west of the Lance Armstrong Foundation is also a newer apartment building. Another two blocks is the Saltillo Plaza commuter rail stop. All of this recent development has brought with it new business—coffee shops, bars, office space and stores—that the residents enjoy. Downtown Austin is straight down 6th Street. It’s a somewhat flat trip, so you’ll witness many of the East Austin loft dwellers biking downtown.

Each unit at Este comes with one parking space. There is outdoor space to enjoy but amenities are limited. The neighborhood, however, is very convenient. For example, there’s an HEB grocery store at the Govalle Shopping Center at the corner of Pleasant Valley and E 7th, just a few blocks away.
