Creekview is a new home development of D.R. Horton Homes in Cedar Park. The subdivision is conveniently located between US-183A and W. Parmer Lane (FM-734). To get to Creekview, travel east on E. Park Street from US-183A, or west on E. Creekview Homes For Sale
D.R. Horton Homes is building a number of different floor plans in Creekview. These homes range in size from around 1,500 to just over 2,400 square feet of living space. The average sales price of homes sold in Creekview in 2008 and 2009 was between $205k and $210k. Creekview homes have plenty of standard features that modern families desire, including those that make them energy-efficient. These features include three-sides masonry, low-E windows, GE appliances, blinds and more.
Creekview and Nearby Amenities
The Creekview amenity center, completed in 2009, features a lovely community swimming pool with pavilion and childrens’ playscape.
