Cedar Park Town Center
The Cedar Park Town Center is a newer home area of Craftsman style homes just north of 1431 or Whitestone. There are many new homes still going up. There are many absolutely beautiful live oak trees in the neighborhood. Most of these huge, fantastic trees were saved in devoted park areas. Homes in Cedar Park Town Center have alleys in the back for trash pickup, garages and parking. This gives the look of a very nice, turn-of-the-century Austin neighborhood.
Cedar Park Town Center Amenities
Among the great amenities for the Cedar Park Town Center is the new Cedar Park Recreation center located right in the neighborhood on Main Street. The Austin Steam Train is fun to take as it makes its runs into the Texas Hill Country. In neighboring Leander, the new commuter rail line goes into Austin. For shopping, 1890 Ranch and Lakeline Mall are close by as well as the Premier Outlet Mall on IH 35. The Cedar Park Center is only a block or so away at New Hope and 183A.
Cedar Park Town Center Schools
Children in the Cedar Park Town Center area attend Leander ISD schools or one of the many private schools in the area. On Cypress Creek in Cedar Park is the ACC college campus. Just down 1431 is the Round Rock Higher Education Center. Soon Leander will have its own ACC campus.
