Leisurewoods in Northern Hays County is a lovely neighborhood developed from the late 1970’s to the mid-80’s. The neighborhood features over-sized lots, many covered with large, mature trees. The Leisurewoods Property Owners Association maintains the community pools, tennis courts and parks. Leisurewoods Location
Leisurewoods is located off FM-1626 just north of FM-967 (which travels east into Buda) and south of Austin just a few short miles. FM-1626 can be accessed off IH-35 traveling south on the southern edge of Austin near Onion Creek or when traveling north off IH-35 in Kyle. If you travel west on FM-967 from Leisurewoods, you’ll enjoy a beautiful drive through the country and land just across the road from the famous Salt Lick Bar-B-Que in Driftwood, TX.
