Summer Movies Park in Teravista
Teravista in Round Rock, Tx is a real family oriented community. It's so into the neighborhood during the summer they have Movies shown outdoor in the park. The next showing is ET on August 8th. What a great event for children and adults alike. They have an events calendar to die for... even a Pilates class once a week. I am impressed.
When you drive by this sizeable neighborhood you will see right away that Teravista (1,555 acres) is one of the premier golf course ommunities in the Round Rock, Tx area. It was introduced by the creative thinking group Newland Communities, who happens to be one of the United States largest developer. Teravista is a very up-scale neighborhood with homes ranging from $180's to $500,000. Builders such as Highland Homes, Ryland, Taylor Morrison and Meritage build stunning homes here.
There are many amenities to be found such as the award winning 18 hole golf course designed by George Clifton, a junior sized Olympic swimming pool, a kiddy pool, volleyball court, an all use sports court, a spectacular playground and a second to none , 5,000 sq. ft. Club House. Teravista is so determined that residents enjoy the amenities, it has what is called Teravista Residents Club. They celebrate many festive events and holidays.
