Backstage Restaurant in Spicewood, TX

It’s Friday night and my husband and I are meeting friends for dinner in Spicewood, TX.  It is only a 20 minute drive from our home to the Backstage Steak House and Garden Bar and worth the time and gas money to get there.  I’m already looking forward to the next visit!  We normally go to my friend’s house for dinner (house up on the hill with the most beautiful view of Lake Travis) but sometimes treat ourselves to a great dinning experience.  I got the ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes while my husband opted for the salmon dish with a side of lobster tacos.  Yum!   The outside open air garden area is a perfect after dinner spot to finish conversation and enjoy the peaceful hill country breeze.  If you are looking for a great place to enjoy excellent food, good music and a wonderful outdoor setting, give the Backstage a try.
