I recently visited the Woods of Westlake subdivision located in southwest Austin. I remember when these homes were first built in the early 1980's when I first got my real estate license. Located on nice tree shaded lots just to the south of Capitol of Texas Loop 360 I think this subdivision often gets overlooked because of the age of the homes. Consider the fact that the homes are very well priced if you want your kids to attend school in the award winning Eanes School District.
