It is rare to find a five bedroom home in Wimberley. Especailly one of this quality in a near perfect setting for under $300,000. This home was built with loving care, by a builder for his large family to call home. And so they have for seven years, but alas the youngest child graduated from Wimberley High Scholl this last weekend and it is time for this mom and dad to move on. A beautiful country home in a near perfect location to Wimberley, is now on the market effective this day. It is a home of quality with incredible use of space and efficency. The bedrooms are full sized and not converted offices or bonus rooms. Four bedrooms are upstairs with a living area in between. The master bedroom is on the first floor. There are three bathrooms and a first floor office as well as a two car garage with lots of additonal storage. The kitchen is lovely and bright featuring granite countertops and cabinets that were hand made in Wisconsin specifically for this home . There is a gas cook top on the island that seperates the kitchen and dining to supplement the stovetop giving the chef of your family lots of room to create their gourmet meals. There is also a small home owners assocaition area on Cypress Creek for your enjoyment a couple of blocks away. This property sits on almsot an acre (.83 acres) and is within one ot two miles of schools, shopping and all the things that make Wimberley special. For more imformation and pictures click here.
