Falconhead West is Bee Cave’s newest subdivision of homes nestled in the Texas Hill Country.  Built by Taylor Morrison, Ryland and Drees Custom Homes, there are several plans to choose from.  Drees offers the largest choice with the most customization for those looking to make a completely unique product.  If you’re looking for a newer neighborhood in the Lake Travis ISD, Falconhead West is worth checking out.

Where is Falconhead West?

Falconhead West is located in Bee Cave off Highway 71.  The easiest access is from Vail Divide off Highway 71, though you can access the neighborhood from 620 off Falconhead Blvd.  The access from 71 and 620 helps to avoid 620 during rush hour, which can save you a few minutes.  Downtown Austin is 19 miles away and should take you around 30 minutes to get there, the airport is 25 miles away and usually takes around 35 minutes and UT is 21 miles away with a 35 minute drive time.

Falconhead West Shopping

The closest shopping to Falconhead West is at the Hill Country Galleria, 4 miles or 8 minutes away at 620 and 71.  There you can find Dillard’s, Jos A Bank, Chico’s and Coldwater Creek.  Target is just about a mile north on 620 from Hill Country, as well as a Lowe’s and Newflower’s Farmer’s Market.  Grocery shopping is either done at Newflower or the HEB at the corner of Bee Cave Rd and 71.
