I recently took a client to look for resale homes at the Villages at Western Oaks. As I was driving down Escarpment I realized how family friendly this neighborhood is. There are families riding bikes, people jogging, and even some just walking their dogs. This is truly a great neighborhood to raise a family. The Villages at Western Oaks is a large neighborhood development in Southwest Austin. Bordered on the south by Circle C Ranch and on the north by William Cannon and Legend Oaks, this neighborhood is a great alternative to Circle C Ranch. It is in a prime location about 10 miles from downtown Austin. Families living in VWO have easy access to Mopac (Loop 1), IH-35 (via W.
