I live in the Great Hills neighborhood which is located in Northwest  Austin.  It is near the Arboretum area of town that is known for its upscale shopping and dining.  Many of the restaurants offer half price appetizers during happy hour.  A few of my favorites are Manuel's, Eddie V's and Z'Tejas.  It feels like you are in old Mexico when you are sitting on the patio of Manuel's.  Eddie V's knows how to cook and serve seafood, and Z'Tejas is just good food.&nbsp...
