There are typically few homes on the market at any one time in Park Place, so if you are interested in living in this part of Circle C, it might be good to take a timely look at it a listing that interests you.The price range of sold propertie... So why is Circle C Ranch one of Austin's favorite communities? There are many reasons why Circle C is an Austin favorite. The 1st reason I can think of would be the location. The community sits on some beautiful real estate and has established trees on most lots. Also, since it is about 2 blocks from Mopac, it is an easy commute to downtown Austin. The second reason would be the ammenities that Circle C offers. There is the swim center, tennis courts, the velo... Read More »

As a resident of Circle C Ranch since March of 1989, I have seen many changes to this beautiful community. One of the most significant changes would be the easy access using Loop 1 for a north/south bound highway. The other is the number of residents. When we built our first home Loop 1 ended at hwy 290/71 and there were about 100 homes. I think the number of homes is now somewhere close to 3800. Circle C HOA has maintained the beauty of the area thru proper consideration... Read More »

Begun as a very large dream with a master plan in 1988, the development called Circle C Ranch is now in its 20th year. Unlike most developments which have construction activity for a few years until they are “built out,” Circle C is still a work in progress. Circle C has a number of completed neighborhoods: Park West Garden Homes, Circle C North, Vintage Place, Park Place, Wildflower Park, and the Hielscher area of Circle C West, to name a few. However, several new neighborhoods, all... Read More »
